1. The Countdown Timer is going to stop updating if there is no trading occurring. It will only update when a trade actually occurs. So if you are looking at this in the overnight session (overnight in the exchange time zone) then this is normal.

You can change the Input for "Display Continuous Time Countdown Based on Real-Time Clock" to "Yes" to overcome this. Refer to the information at the following link:
Countdown Timer: Inputs

2. It does not make any sense that the crosshairs would freeze and you can not use the Hand tool, but you can use the scroll bar at the bottom of the chart. If the system is locked up, then it should be completely locked up. We can not think of any situation that would cause what you are seeing in this case. We simply do not know what to tell you in this case.

3. In "Screenshot #3..." it shows the Tool Values window the information for the bar at 12:00:00. If that is the last bar showing in the chart, then what you are seeing with the Current Price Line study - as it is using the "Last" price of the most recent bar in the chart. In this case, it would be "80.51".

It looks like your Session Times are not setup properly to cover the full 24 hours of trading. If the chart session times are set in a way that the chart will not be updating, the price will continue to change in the DOM. This is normal. Make sure your Session Times are set to cover the full trading.

4. Is this only empty for a single chart? As we stated previously, if you are not getting anything displayed in those windows, then this points to an issue with Microsoft Windows resources on your computer. You would need to reboot to clear things up.

If you are having an issue with ALL charts not showing any studies, then the most likely reason is that the file that contains the Sierra Chart studies (SierraChartStudies_64.dll) is missing - most likely due to your virus scanning software removing it for some reason. If this is the case, then you would need to put in an exemption for the Sierra Chart folder to your virus scanner so it does not do this again. Then you can "update" to the same release to get the file back. Refer to the following for how to update to a specific release:
Software Download: Full Control Rollback Procedure

Other: We do not know why your system would have locked up. Was it actually fully locked up where you could not do anything, or were you just not getting data, but you could actually interact with the software?
