We are not a broker, we just make the software that you use to place orders. To actually trade, you would need a broker first. Sierra Chart can connect to Interactive Brokers, or brokers that support the use of CQG, Rithmic, or Teton for their order routing. In terms of Sierra Chart, you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages in order to be able to connect to data and trading services. Refer to the following: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Integrated Packages To change your package, follow these instructions: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Changing Package With regards to data, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to be able to get the CME Group real-time data at the non-professional rates. And you need to connect to that account at least once a month for verification.
