So you had a problem on Friday, June 12, 2026. There were no problems on that day with connectivity to Teton order routing. It was completely stable. If you had an issue, it would have been a network connectivity issue, somewhere between your location, and Aurora Illinois. This is definitely not a Sierra Chart issue. For help, when you lose connectivity, refer to: Overview of Trading: Handling Non-Responsive Orders Due to Lost Connectivity The answer that was given previously was not applicable to your case. There was no issues with Teton order routing, on June 12. And there are no issues today either.
