We did see a disconnect as well. We do not know the cause at this time. We have 100% dedicated network switches/routers, and dedicated network connections, into our servers and networks where we also saw a disconnect. And there is no one who uses these connections other than us. There is next to no bandwidth even being utilized by us. So this tells us, being we saw a disconnect there that the issue was with the ISP. But we have seen disconnects across the ISPs. Both from the data center connections and from Cogent. Cogent is not used by our users though. It is very hard when there are transient problems like this for us to know where the problem is, but it looks apparent this was an issue with more than one ISP. If we ourselves losing a connection on a completely dedicated and isolated network straight into the back of dedicated connect points into servers which are not even serving any market data to users, not sure what we can do about this. Our systems are located in the same building as the Detroit Internet exchange: https://www.detroitix.com/ (Actually as we look at this page, we are not sure it is actually very relevant within this context because we do not see, ISPs like Lumen, Zayo, AT&T, Cogent, and numerous others listed there but we know that there is peering between them in the building) We utilize connections which are peering with numerous ISPs in the building.
