You do have the following in your log:
CQG WebSocket socket (1) | Close event error. Windows error code 10053: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine.

This means a general connectivity issue and not being able to stay connected. But it does not give any indication of where the issue is, and there really is nothing that we can do to know whether the issue is on your computer, your Internet connectivity or something with the vendor (CQG in this case). We just know that connectivity is lost. Refer to the following regarding this kind of issue:
Data/Trading Service Connection and Symbol Issues: 1.2. Network Communication or Server Problem

Since you tried a different Internet provider (connecting from your phone) or at least a slightly different routing that way (we do not know if you use the same service for both home and phone), then this would lead to the conclusion that the issue is with CQG, or at least something about the routing to them. But, this is by no means definitive.

On the other hand, we have not had reports of issues with connectivity with CQG, so it would not seem to be that.

We are sorry we can not be more help, as it is something in the connection you are having and not a general Sierra Chart issue.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
