How are these instances setup? Is this a main instance and a sub-instance (started with "File >> New Instance")? Or are these two separate installations? If two separate installations, are they connected to different services? If so, what services is each connected to? If these are separate installations, then please get us the Message Log from the instance that disconnected. If your "Global Settings >> Time Zone" is not set to Eastern US, then please let us know what it is set to.
