You are getting your data from Rithmic. Keep in mind that you can not connect from multiple locations to a Rithmic account that you are logged into through Sierra Chart. So if you are connected to that account in the R-Trader software, then you will not be able to connect in Sierra Chart, although you should get a connection error message in this case. Otherwise, there is nothing further we can do to help with data issues from Rithmic. Our recommendation is to change to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed instead.
