Hi John, I am writing to request an extension or reset of my Sierra Chart trial account. Unfortunately, due to external scheduling constraints and complexity of platform, I was unable to dedicate enough time during the initial trial period to thoroughly explore and evaluate all of the platform's advanced features, custom studies, and charting capabilities. I want to properly test the software before committing to a paid package. Thank you. |
