If you are able to move the Target initially, and it stays at that position after you move it, at least for a few seconds (if not longer), and then, after some amount of time it moves on its own, then this is due to something in your setup.

In other words, it is not an initial rejection of the change to the target, which would be the case if the target jumped back immediately.

Are you running a "Trade Management by Study" study, or something else that would cause the Target to move? You must have something in your setup that is causing this to occur.
