Please tell us exactly the option you have selected for the "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Continuous Contract". And please get us an image showing the data at the transition between two contracts with the option for "Chart >> Show Rollover Dates" enabled, so we can see where the rollover is set for your chart.
