You should see the window as it appears in the image we attached to this thread. Do you have the same issue if you open other settings windows that use the new format (such as "Chart >> Chart Settings")? If this is a problem with all the "new" settings windows, then this would be due to the color of the text for those windows. You will need to update that color.
