Hello, I am using Sierra Chart v2915 with Rithmic Direct - DTC and a Lucid Trading account. What I have verified: R|Trader Pro receives live CME market data correctly. Sierra Chart connects successfully. Fresh Sierra Chart installation tested. Correct Rithmic credentials entered. Quote Board shows no Bid/Ask/Last and Volume remains 0. NQM6 charts remain blank. Relevant log messages: Historical data service client indicated that downloads are not enabled. Symbol: NQM6.CME Starting real-time market data updates for: NQM6.CME Lucid Trading has checked the account and says all data feed requirements are being fulfilled on their end. Can you identify why Sierra Chart is not receiving market data while R|Trader Pro receives live data correctly? Thank you. |
