We are not able to reproduce this - the lines are showing as they are supposed to be for us. On the Trading DOM, please select "Chart >> Graphics Settings >> Graphics Settings - Colors". On the "Settings" tab, what is the entry for "Use Global Graphics Settings Instead of These Settings" set to? Also, keep in mind that on a Trading DOM, the Daily High/Low will often be very far away from the prices that are displayed in the DOM. Be sure to adjust your scale in order to be able to view the actual High/Low.
