"I have Package 11 (Integrated Advanced) active. After the renewal gap on June 1, my exchanges did not renew. Now when I go to Activate Services > Exchanges and Agreements, I only see Professional options. I am a Non-Professional trader. Please help me activate the Non-Professional exchanges."
