Hello, I am using Sierra Chart Package 12 with Denali CME data paid through Sierra Chart. I am trying to connect my Tradeify prop firm account through Rithmic Direct - DTC for order routing. In Data/Trade Service Settings, I selected Rithmic Direct - DTC and the Tradeify-Chicago server. I entered my Tradeify/Rithmic Trading Username and Trading Password, while leaving Market Data Username/Password and Historical Data Username/Password blank because I want to use Sierra/Denali data. The connection is not working. I also tried switching back to SC Data - All Services, applying, restarting Sierra Chart, then selecting Rithmic Direct - DTC again and re-entering the credentials, but it still does not connect properly. Can you please help me confirm the correct Rithmic server for Tradeify and whether my account is enabled for Sierra Chart connection/order routing? |
