You can add / remove via Customize Trade DOM Columns but there isn't a button to set Default, which would be fantastic. Everyone has their specific DOM setup (you can get there partly with the Chart Template > Study Collections) but everytime you close a DOM you lose all the visible columns and need to go back through adding the columns again.
