You need to look at the Market Depth Window (File >> Open Market Depth Window) for each symbol and see what the levels look like in there. Offhand, it looks like the Bid side for the MNQ just has fewer levels of market depth actually available. You have your settings set to only show 600, but there could be less. If you scroll to the bottom of the Market Depth Window you will see the total number of levels that are actuall making up the market depth at that moment for eaach side.
