Ok, the studies are now ok. This is how it currently looks with your suggested settings. The horizontal gridlines and the "histogram" or "volume bars" of P/S, bid/ask depth & CTV columns are still not aligned properly. And the original issue with the "double histogram within one price row" issue is still at hand. Attached image so it's easier to see.
