Just so you are aware, the solution we gave you for the Symbol Settings means that you had made some changes to the symbol settings that caused an issue. We assume you had a reason for the changes, so you will want to check into what you changed and be careful if you try to update them again. Refer to the following, specifically Step #6 to remove the customized symbol settings and then you can set the option for "Use Custom Symbol Settings" to be enabled again and update symbol settings. Global Symbol Settings: Disabling Custom Symbol Settings As to the Market Depth data, you would need to check with your broker and see if you are setup to get that data from Rithmic, our best guess is that you are not.
