You are setting the "Tick Size" to be 0.5. You should not be doing this. You need to set "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth >> Market Depth Combine Increment in Ticks" to be "2" and then set "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth >> Apply Combine Increment in Ticks to Other Market Data Columns" to "Yes".
