If you are stating that you are having a problem getting historical data from Rithmic, then this is due to the Rithmic data itself. There is simply a lack of historical data - you may be able to get a few days of backfill, but that is all.

The only solution to this is to get your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, where you have access to data going back to 2008 (depending on the symbol). But, in order to be able to get the real-time CME Group data at the non-professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account - and you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

Once you have worked out the above, then you can setup the data by following these instructions:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

The only thing that Package 12 offers above Package 11 is that you can display the Market by Order (MBO) data in the DOM. But, if you are not getting the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you will not get any MBO information, so there is no reason to be on Package 12. Refer to the following for how to change packages:
