On the "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings" window, are the "Market Data" and "Historical Data" fields filled in with a Username/Password or are these blank?

If they are blank, then please enter the same Username/Password that you have in the Trading fields above those in both of these items. Then let us know if that resolves anything.
