You are not setup to get any real-time data from us. So when you are connected to "SC Data" or one of the "Trading Evaluator" options, you are getting our Delayed Streaming Data. But, when you are connected to Rithmic, they the system is looking to get the data from Rithmic. If you are not seeing anything, then check to make sure you entered the "Market Data" and "Historical Data" Username/Password information on the "Data/Trade Service Settings". If those are entered and correct, then check with your broker to ensure you are setup to get data from Rithmic. Also, if you are getting an error on your Sierra Chart when connecting to Rithmic, then let us know what the error states.
