If you are actually getting data from different sources (Denali on one and Rithmic on another), then the issue could be related to the underlying data. In that there could be differences in the data itself and this is giving you different values. Otherwise, you would need to check your Chart Settings and Study Settings, to make sure that everything is the same. If you are using the same data, but getting differences, then this means that there is something different between the charts.
