Hey John, I haven't been able to get this to work since beginning of April. Would I be able to get a refund for the most of the time ( not all ) that I have been struggling with this? That would be for the payment that was taken out yesterday May 24th, on May 17th and April23? I am going to need to switch platforms for a bit and hopefully in the future come back to Sierra.
