We are not having any issues getting more data into the chart.

The first thing to do is to set the "Date Range in File From" to the earliest date for which you want data. After you change that value, select OK to close that window. If you do not close the window, then you may not see the date itself actually update, which could be confusing.

Wait for the data to download, and the messages on the screen related to data downloading to go away.

Then open the Chart Settings window again and on the Data Limiting tab set the number of days of data you want to load. At this time, the "Date Range in File From" should be reflecting the date you entered (or something close to it if the actual date did not have data on that date).

If this does not work, then get us an image of your Data Limiting window after you set the "Date Range in File From" to something specific and selected OK to close the window and download the data, and let us know what date you entered.
