Do you have the same issue in Simulated trading ("Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On" enabled)? When you have this occur, then get us your "Trade >> Trade Service Log" by following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: Providing Lines From Trade Service Log Under M>Flatten Action>I have "Flatten and cancel working attached order" selected so why is it cancelling all my working orders??
The control for "M >> Flatten Action" only applies to the "Flatten" button on the Trade Window. It does not apply to the action taken when selecting the "Reverse" button, which is to do a "Flatten and Cancel", so it cancels all working orders, regardless of whether they are attached or not.
