The issue is that Rithmic did not report back properly that those orders were closed. This is not a Sierra Chart issue, the issue lies squarely with Rithmic, as they own the interface between Sierra Chart and Rithmic, and this is a known issue. The errors you are getting on the Rithmic side are due to the fact that you are sending a Cancel order to Rithmic, but those orders no longer exist on their system. You will need to remove the Orders from the "Trade Activity Log" to get them out of the system. You would need to find the specific orders that were sent and then remove those from the "Trade Activity" tab on the log.
