Although you activated some exchanges for the CME Group with our Denali Exchange Data Feed, since those are Non-Professional exchange options, you can not get the real-time data unless you have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that trading account in order to get the real-time data, which you have not done. Refer to the following on this: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges But, you can get your data from Rithmic. We are not fans of Rithmic's data, particularly because it has a lack of historical data (typically just a few days). But you can bring it into Sierra Chart, which should be the case for you since you can not get the real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. But, we see the following in your log: Rithmic Direct - DTC | Server indicated market data is not supported. Not sending market data request. Symbol: MNQM6.CME.
Which sounds like you are not setup to get any data from Rithmic. At this point, it is your choice on how to proceed. You can done one of the following: - Setup a live trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional CME Group data - Talk to your Prop Firm and get the data from Rithmic - Setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed paying for the data at the Professional rates.
