From our perspective and position we do not know what the issue is. We cannot troubleshoot this. The other thing is you did not scroll to the bottom of that text file. So what you are showing us does not mean much of anything. And it is not something that is really within the scope of our support to help with something like this. No definitely not. Unless the system is running out of memory in which case the chart goes blank: also is there a maximum amount of days tick data can be written to the study?
