Thanks John! Per your suggestion, I got it working by increasing Maximum Historical Market Depth Data Days to Download. It was set to 5, which I believe is the default value. Strange, though, that this worked given that the date that was downloaded (9/13/2025) prior to changing the value was far more than 5 days ago.
