If these orders are being entered manually, then we would need to see an image of the Attached Orders tab of the Trade Window with the Stop selected, so we can see how the Move to Breakeven is setup.

Are you getting the working orders appearing in Simulation mode as well as with Rithmic? Or is this just occurring with Rithmic?

Also, please run this this situation again in Simulation Mode and after you have the issue, then get us your "Trade Service Log" by following these instructions:
