If you are having an issue not being able to use Sierra Chart to manage an order, then the first thing is to call your broker and have them deal with this.

It looks like you are using Rithmic for your order routing, so this would be a Rithmic connectivity issue. This is something Rithmic has to fix, as they own the software connection between Sierra Chart and Rithmic.

Refer to the following for how enter any missing order fills, or to set your charts to when you are flat so your fills will line up properly:
