What is one symbol for which you are having an isssue? We need the symbol exactly as it is entered in "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol". Also, please follow the instructions given in posts 14 and 16. Those instructions ask you to get us your Trade Service Log and an image.
