You are not properly filling out the "Uniform Subscriber Agreement". In order to be considered a Non-Professional for the CME Group, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. You need to enter the information for that trading account in the "Clearing Firm" and "Account Number" in the "Uniform Subscriber Agreement". In other words, you need to enter "Ironbeam" for the "Clearing Firm" and your Ironbeam account number for the "Account Number" field.

If you do not have your account fully setup with Ironbeam yet, such that you do not have an Account Number, then you will need to wait to complete the agreements until you do have this.

Before you will be able to get any real-time data, you will also need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that Ironbeam account. When you do this, your "Verified Until" date will change to 30 days in the future. This date must be in the future in order to be able to get the real-time data at the non-professional rates.
