We are not sure why you would have a problem with the installer not starting up properly.

We want you to try to run the installer directly, rather than starting it through the Sierra Chart software. Please follow these instructions to start it and hopefully it will show up for you:
- Exit out of all Sierra Chart instances
- Go to your main Sierra Chart installation folder (typically C:\SierraChart, but it could be different)
- Run the file named 'SierraChartFileDownloader'
- Perform the install as usual

If the installer window does not show up, then look in your taskbar and see if there is an icon for it in there. We wonder if the window is displaying off-screen for some reason.
