If Sierra Chart doesn't use WinUI 3, how are the elements pointed to by my arrows in the screenshot created? It doesn't appear that the Win32 API is being used for this. I'm asking because I'm trying to customize the platform's colors, but I can't achieve everything I want by editing the Windows registry. For example, if I change the MenuBar's color, nothing happens. Other elements can be customized.
