I have tried a few versions and a variety of settings including 1 in the port and the actual address and port. No matter what I do after 962 (when the use proxy checkbox was added) I can not login to Sierra. I can load the program up eventually and connect to trade services but anything that deals with sierra such as sending an email or downloading a new version fails. I rolled back to 962 for now.
