The reason for this is that you are using a "Market if Touched" for your Target. This kind of order is not allowed by the CME Group exchanges. So that order is being rejected, in which case the Stop is then also removed since it is an OCO pair. The order type of Market if Touched does work in Sim, as we do not block it, as some exchanges will accept it.
