Please follow the instructions as we gave you in Post #14. Here they are again: - Select "Trade >> Attach Trade Window to Chart" if the trade window is not already attached. Do NOT use a floating trade window. We require that you attach the Trade Window to the chart to ensure that you have the correct Trade Window.
- With the trade window attached to the DOM chart, make sure the option for "Use Attached Orders" is NOT selected (no checkmark in that option). - Select the "Flatten" button on that window. If the Message Log opens, just close it. - Set the Quantity in that window to '1'. - Select the "Buy Mkt" button near the top of the window. Get an image of that DOM chart after you have done the above. You should have a position line showing on the DOM at that time.
