Hi, I think something else may be going on. First Yes I have all these settings on. checkmark by Trade >> Chart Trade Mode On,Trade >> Show Orders and Position for the active Chart or Trade DOM. and unchecked only Orders from this chart. I have been using you guys since Decemeber this hasn't happened its been "normal" I am sorry I have confused you but it really doesn't make any sense over here either. I wish I could send you photos. For example today its saying I entered at prices 72749998.37 when my photo shows my entry at 7268 approx. I left this for a couple of days to hopefully come back with fresh eyes. I will be as clear as possible. Last week, on the DOM order entry and the bracket lines WERE showing. Those orders seemed to also be going into the Trade Order positions. I could flatten those positions. You pointed out I was entering at wild numbers which didn't make sense ( it is showing that today also but I took a photo that shows something different than Sierra Trade Orders Window is - Can send it to you? ) because I kept inputting market orders which would execute at CURRENT price. And if you recall those wildly high entries happened in the middle of the current price. I wasn't setting limit orders and typing in 9 digits. It was always market orders. I just now entered a Market order on DOM, the order did submit but then the position lines that once showed on DOM last week , no longer show. I tried to flatten the position and they wouldn't flatten. Eventually they did "cancel",. At this point I should have taken a picture but I didn't realize yet that soon those orders would completely disappear. They are no longer visible in the history ( on my end) So I tried entering from the Chart directly. This time I hit " Open window Trade Window for chart" . I entered first no bracket order , 1 contract and it immediaTELY had me green over 7K points. Which can't be accruate. 1 contract a couple points move isn't over 7K points green. This one allowed me to flatten it. I rentered again this time with Bracket orders. This time it put me immediately red again over 7K points. It wouldn't show to attached brackets. Two dotted vertical lines appear on my chart which I have never seen before. and It wouldn't allow me to flatten. I have a picture of all of this so you can see how I am -7K points and you can see my entry and that is it only 2 contracts. Can I send this picture because you will see, it just doesn't make sense that I am in a position but it won't allow me to flatten. Mind you the position lines aren't showing still but the Trade DOM has the points and THIS entry is in The Trade Positions but never showed the lines on the chart. You see? It's very much all over the place. Simply following those steps doesn't change anything over here. I can assure you I have followed making sure all those above settings are checked. |
