I enter Dom, Market order, BUy Mrk Button or Sell Market button, Buy Market 2, SIM 2 , use attached orders. Lines show
You have us completely confused by the fact that you state in the above "Lines show". Previously you stated that no lines show. So we do not know what is occurring. Do lines show in the DOM or do they not show in the DOM when you place an order in the DOM? If the lines are showing, then we would need to see an image of those. And what lines exactly are showing? Are these order fills or the position and order lines? Refer to the following regarding each of these: Chart Trading and the Chart DOM: Viewing Orders and Trade Position on the Chart / Trade DOM Chart Trading and the Chart DOM: Displaying Order Fills on the Chart Please do the following in the DOM where you are having an issue: - Select "Trade >> Attach Trade Window to Chart" if the trade window is not already attached. Do NOT use a floating trade window. We require that you attach the Trade Window to the chart to ensure that you have the correct Trade Window. - With the trade window attached to the DOM chart, make sure the option for "Use Attached Orders" is NOT selected (no checkmark in that option). - Select the "Flatten" button on that window. If the Message Log opens, just close it. - Set the Quantity in that window to '1'. - Select the "Buy Mkt" button near the top of the window. Get an image of that DOM chart after you have done the above. You should have a position line showing on the DOM at that time.
