We thought the lines were showing in the DOM, but not in the charts. From what you state, this is not the case. How exactly are you entering the order on the DOM? Also, do you know if an order is actually being placed? Have you looked at your "Trade Activity Log" to see what is occurring? Most likely, what is happening is that you are trying to place an order type that is not valid, or is at some price level that is very different from what you think you are doing.
