As we stated, you need to check with your broker on what happened. See if the Stop order was actually transmitted and if there was some problem that caused it to be rejected.

Or, if the Stop was accepted, then why did it not do its job?

One other thing you can do, if you have not restarted Sierra Chart, is look in your "Trade >> Trade Service Log" and see if there is any information in there related to this at the time you had the issue. There may be nothing, but you may see items like a lack of response from Rithmic. You can post your log to this thread if you want us to look at it. Just let us know the time at which you first entered the order and when the order was supposed to be closed out. Follow these instructions to get us the log:
