Could there be a possibility that Sierra Chart didn't route it even though it was posted
It is not possible that Sierra Chart did not properly send the order. This has never happened, and we know that this part of our software works properly. Rithmic, however, is known to not properly handle orders. Sometimes orders are not able to be sent through because they are not responding properly, or they close out an order and do not send the information back properly. Refer to the following for our opinion of Rithmic: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Rithmic Support Policy Whatever occurred is definitely going to be due to Rithmic. You need to also keep in mind that the interface between Sierra Chart and Rithmic is developed and owned by Rithmic. So there is nothing we can do to improve upon how it works - that is completely up to Rithmic to fix.
