Whatever occurred is going to be related to Rithmic. You are going to have to check with your broker or the exchange to determine what occurred. Here are the things to check: - See if the Stop Order actually did its job and closed you out of your position, but that Sierra Chart is not displaying the proper information since it is not being updated by Rithmic. - Verify that your Stop order was properly accepted and was active on the exchange when you had your open position.
