Hello John, Thanks mate for replying. So I now understand that Rithmic isn't needed to connect, so why isn't it working? I have a completely unique SC login, I have data flowing it appears with the green banner, I have the correct acct in the dom drop-down, BUT no data is filling dom. Nor if I call up a chart, will it update beyond the time it was opened. I did the 'translate symbols', which didn't work. I see it says not allowed in the log.
