The connection between Sierra Chart and Rithmic was written by (and owned by) Rithmic. It does NOT use the connectivity to R-Trader - it is different. As such, a single account cannot be connected to in multiple places due to how the connectivity was written by Rithmic. In other words, for account "Number1", you can not be connected to it in R-Trader and in Sierra Chart. One of them will not work (or maybe both, not sure right now). So make sure this is not the issue. But, this has nothing to do with connecting one installation of Sierra Chart to an APEX account and another installation to a LUCID account. There is no reason to have an issue with this, apart from what we stated above.
