Screenshot 1 is at 09:30:29 EST; ES displays correctly, with the Background Draw Style (fill) fully rendered whereas RTY, NQ, and MES do not. Their High/Low lines are present, but the full fill is delayed until 09:30:59 (screenshot 2). I am trying to have all symbols render the fill immediately at 09:30:29, consistent with ES as seen in screenshot 1.
