Chart Drawing Alerts are only determined on the chart that has the original drawing. If you copy the drawing to another chart, and setup an alert on that copied chart, it will only apply on the source chart. But if you are wanting an alert when price touches the rectangle, then it does not matter what the timeframe of the chart is.
